Transform Your Trauma

Look, I’m going to get right to the point and give you some tools and resources you can use right now to help you begin your healing journey after surviving trauma. These are tools that I use personally on a daily basis to heal from my personal traumas, and some of these tools and processes I invented in my quest to heal from PTSD.

I’m not going to go into all the different ways I have experienced major traumas in my life, that’s not the point of this book. You may notice I use the word traumas, as in many different traumas, because in my case the major trauma of losing my son felt like a nuclear bomb going off. Throughout the aftermath and clean up, I had to face ALL of the traumas that I experienced up to that point in my life.

With this book, I am going to give you tools and resources that I use on a daily basis to manage and continually heal from PTSD. I highly recommend that you take the advice that I’m about to share very seriously, because not too long ago this information was a matter of life and death for me. Life and death, as in no longer having the ability to control your own mind, thoughts and emotions because of the all the damage the trauma has caused.

Just to be clear, I am not going to suggest that you relive your traumas by writing or talking about what happened. In fact one of the major reasons I’m providing you with this valuable information is to get you out of the past. The truth is, you are already reliving the trauma all the time anyway. Because it has been messing with your thoughts and emotions. It is continually robbing you of the peace and healing you are so desperately seeking and deserve.

I have to be blunt here, but the cold hard truth for most of us is, Life just seems to be a vicious cycle of trauma. We seem to stay stuck as a victim of trauma by barely surviving one trauma before we’re faced with the next.

But you know what? I’m here to help you shift out of that cycle of trauma. Some of the things I’m going to suggest to you might seem strange, but there is a point to everything and that’s probably why you bought this ebook anyway, because you, like me have already tried just about everything. Now its time to try something different! So, with that being said, thank you for having an open mind and having the courage to keep moving forward in your quest to heal from trauma.

There is a saying that goes “the issue is in the tissue” and oftentimes when people experience emotional traumas they are treated only for the trauma to the mind and psyche but did you know that the trauma is also stored in the Body and Spirit? In my personal experience, the only way to truly heal heal from trauma is to work with the Mind, Body and the Spirit. When you have these 3 in sync with each other, your mind and body will work together to process and heal from past trauma and PTSD.

Ok that’s enough about stressing the body so let's move on to the mind. After spending a lot of time and money on my therapy I’ll never forget the day my counselor diagnosed me with PTSD. He began our
