Wrap It Up

Body healing

  1. Take a cold shower, breathe deep and try to count to 60, to challenge your mind even further spin in circles alternating from right to left or left to right it doesn’t matter either way. The whole point of spinning and counting is to distract your mind from the imagined pain of the cold.

  2. Ground out the energy from trauma by walking on the ground barefoot and if you are up to it walk around barefoot on some gravel for a minute to start to condition your body to work through small amounts of pain.


Mind healing

  1. Download the Empower App: https://www.empower-me.app/

  2. Use the mantra templates in the Empower App and create your own Empowered recordings.

  3. Play your recordings repeatedly to yourself over and over.

  4. Start eating with your NON DOMINANT hand to challenge your mind and body.

  5. Brush your teeth with you NON DOMINANT hand.


Spiritual healing

  1. Calibrate your inner compass by finding a quiet space where you will not be disturbed if possible.

  3. Move on to the Simply Hypnotic video the resonates with you, sit or lay quietly for 15 to 20 minutes or whatever time you feel comfortable with. https://www.youtube.com/user/SimplyHypn0tic/videos Most of the videos on this page have something called a binaural beat embedded into the music, a binaural is something you can use to quickly put yourself in a state of deep meditation to shift your brainwaves to help you achieve a desired result.
